Frank Wiens, a pianist from Stockton, Calif., will kick off the 2018-2019 “Music at Noon” Tuesday concert series at Troy Savings Bank Music Hall with a recital of music by Spanish composers Isaac Albeniz and Enrique Granados.

On the program are pieces from Granados’ “Goyescas” and Albeniz’ “Suite Espagnole” and “Iberia.” A pianist who has toured around the world, Wiens has soloed with the Detroit, Atlanta and Denver symphonies.
